About Kara
I’ve been working in the health, fitness and wellness industry for 8 years working as an Exercise Referral Instructor and Weight Loss Coach. I work with people who have health problems and help them to lose weight, become fitter and healthier through good nutrition and exercise. I have been running weight loss challenges for almost 2 years and run various exercise sessions across Bristol. I like to keep my classes fun and sociable so it’s a more enjoyabale experience.
