Helen’s Journey

Helen has been with Arriba! Weight Loss challenge since May 2010. She has set a real example for us all but I have been mostly inspired by her determination and consistency. She had her goal set from the beginning, she had a vision of who she wanted to become and she never lost track of it. She believed she could achieve her goal and she believed that she deserved it. Helen had her ups and downs, more downs than most of us. Here she is now happy, healthy and smiley :lol:

She is back with us to stabilise her new healthy weight and to share her tips with everyone in the class!
